HENFIELD THEN AND NOW

Corpus Christi

The Catholic Church, Corpus Christi, was built in what were the grounds of Red Oaks in 1929. The original wooden structure was replaced by the present building in 1974. It stands at the end of Church Lane.

Corpus Christi interior 1-6: Whenever I've walked past the church with the camera in the past, the doors have been locked. However, I found the church open on a bright day in early September 2018, and took these photos of the interior.
