HENFIELD THEN AND NOW

thyme cottage

A cul-de sac runs down the south side of One stop from the High Street. The frontage of the shop conceals two old houses - Thyme Cottage and Bay Tree Cottage -  which abut the side and back of One Stop.

Thyme Cottage: The first cottage, on the north corner of the cul-de-sac and the High Street, is Thyme Cottage. The High Street is just visible on the left of the photo, which was taken in February 2016.

HOUSES 58

Thyme Cottage: The owner of the cottage spent much of 2017 renovating 3 Red Barn, at the side of the White Hart car park. Red Barn is now ready for occupation, and Thyme Cottage is for sale. A photo from mid-February 2018.
