HENFIELD THEN AND NOW

new barn cottage

New Barn Cottage stands at the crook of New Barn Lane, where the road takes a sharp left turn to the south. The back of the house can be seen from the footpath that runs north from Lipride. In 1901 the occupant was 30-year old farmer's son James White and his family.
