Mowing the cricket field: May 2016, and the cricket club groundsman is keeping the pitch in good condition.
Swains Farm machinery: The track from Swains Farm Shop on the east side of the common runs up past the old farmhouse and then up and over the fields down to Furners Lane. The farm sports a fine assortment of agricultural machinery and barns just north of the farmhouse The bungalows in the background site next to the old house, which is just out of the picture.
