HENFIELD THEN AND NOW

bay tree cottage

A cul-de sac runs down the south side of One stop from the High Street. The frontage of the shop conceals two old houses - Thyme Cottage and Bay Tree Cottage -  which abut the side and back of One Stop.

Bay Tree Cottage: This cottage is the next one along the cul-de-sac from Thyme Cottage. Also photographed in February 2016. The view is from inside the road looking towards the High Street, with Thyme Cottage on the corner.
